How to use the Evernode network (running evrPanel), to host a website.

a added note, when logging in initially, it will ask to set a "account setting" for a message key,
this is VERY normal, and only needed to be set once (if you account doesn't have a message key set).
this is so that Evernode can set instance info to the ledger encrypted, it will initially use the generated instance key, the info that its encrypted is the same info that can be retrieved after instance is deployed, and from the logged in screen "InstanceInfo".
